Pärjä Suites 4, completed in 2019, has one bedroom, an open-plan living-kitchen-dining area, a bathroom/toilet and a sauna. The suite sleeps 2+2 guests: 2 in the bedroom (2 single beds) and 2 in the living room (a sofa bed). The price includes the use of the outdoor hot tub on the patio.

The suite has a great location with easy access to the slopes and ski tracks. The renovated Pärjä Ski Bistro is located next door, and the Syöte Visitor Centre and the National Park are just a short walk away. The Tunturi Market shop is about a kilometre away.
